1. Service
ShanHaiYin provides AI content detection for images, text, audio, and video, together with provenance verification, SHA-256 fingerprints, history, and report exports. Supported formats, sizes, lengths, point costs, and prices are shown before submission or purchase.
2. Results and limitations
Detection results are technical references for evaluating likely AI generation and content provenance. Compression, cropping, screenshots, transcoding, and editing can change available signals. Results are not a legal determination, a guarantee of factual truth, or a substitute for a qualified forensic examination. A result may differ from a user's own judgment or expectations.
3. User responsibilities
- Only upload content you are authorized to process.
- Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
- Do not attack interfaces, compromise accounts, or interfere with normal operation.
- Do not alter reports or present ShanHaiYin as issuing an official legal certification.
4. API use
Registered users may create API keys for server-side use. API calls consume the same ShanHaiYin point balance as website and mini program use, and they are subject to the same analysis limits, risk controls, and service boundaries. You are responsible for keeping API keys secure. Do not embed keys in public front-end pages, mini program packages, client apps, or public repositories. If a key is exposed, revoke it and create a replacement. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke API keys used for abusive traffic, attempts to bypass limits, attacks, or activity that harms service stability.
5. Availability and changes
The service may be interrupted by maintenance, quotas, networks, upstream models, or events beyond reasonable control. We work to restore availability but do not guarantee error-free operation or equal accuracy for every generation model.
6. Points and payments
Purchased points are added after payment confirmation and do not expire. Points are digital credits consumed when an analysis is run or a report is generated, including through API calls. Used points are generally non-refundable, and disagreement with a technical detection result is not by itself a refund basis. Payments, taxes, receipts, and refunds for the English-language checkout may be administered by Paddle as merchant of record. The published Pricing and Refund Policy form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property and updates
Rights in uploaded content do not transfer to ShanHaiYin. The brand, interface, copy, and software are protected by applicable law. Material changes to these terms will be announced on the site; continued use indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
