1. Information we process
When you use detection features, we process content you submit, file metadata, SHA-256 fingerprints, analysis times, results, report IDs, and request references. Operational and security logs may include IP addresses, timestamps, paths, browser information, referrers, and service status.
2. Uploaded content
Images, text, audio, and video are sent through ShanHaiYin to the relevant cloud analysis service. Local temporary files are deleted after processing. Cloud providers may retain short-lived service records for analysis and troubleshooting. Do not upload content you are not authorized to process or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
3. Results and reports
Your account may store the content type, primary finding, report ID, request reference, SHA-256 fingerprint, and point transaction. Detection history and saved reports can be removed from the account center; completed point transactions may remain for billing integrity.
4. Accounts and cookies
Account data may include your email, encrypted password, display name, avatar, point balance, point transactions, and saved reports. A secure cookie maintains your signed-in session. ShanHaiYin does not use advertising-tracking cookies or build advertising profiles from uploaded content.
5. Use and sharing
Information is used to perform analysis, create reports, maintain accounts and points, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve the service. We do not sell uploaded content or disclose it to unrelated third parties except when required to provide the service, comply with law, or act with your consent.
6. Payments
English-language purchases may be processed by Paddle. ShanHaiYin receives transaction identifiers, status, purchased items, and amounts needed to deliver points and support refunds, but does not receive full card details.
7. Your choices and updates
You may stop uploading content, sign out, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. Certain security and transaction records may be retained for a reasonable or legally required period. Material changes to this policy will be reflected by an updated date and a visible notice.
